Next Event :The History of the Grantham Canal

Weds 6th April

Introduction

The Society brings together local engineers and business, and those with an interest in engineering and science, to broaden and extend their knowledge.

Meetings and visits are held regularly so that members can network and listen to some of the newest developments in technology, including transport, civil engineering projects, power production, telecommunications and aerospace.  Talks are given by some of the foremost engineers and businessmen in the region.

Members are keen to help younger people with an interest in science and engineering and do so at local schools. An annual award is made for the best engineering project work.

If you are associated with the Nottingham area and wish to join us at our meetings (normally held at the Squash Rackets club on Tattershall Drive NG7 1BX – parking is excellent) please make contact with any committee member or our email the NSE President.
